About the roleAs a Clothing Quality Control Specialist at Pakaian Saling Erti, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high quality standards of our manufacturing operations.
In this full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing our clothing products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality criteria before being shipped to customers.
What you'll be doing
Conducting thorough inspections of clothing items at various stages of the manufacturing process
Performing quality control tests to assess factors such as fabric quality, construction, and adherence to design specifications
Identifying and reporting any defects or non-conformances, and working with the production team to address issues
Maintaining detailed quality control records and documentation
Providing feedback and recommendations to improve manufacturing processes and product quality
Collaborating with the wider quality assurance team to uphold our commitment to excellence
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role within the clothing/textile manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor defects or variances
Good working knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues
Effective communication skills to provide clear feedback and recommendations
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
