What are you accountable for?
Be part of Managed Services Operation Centre Team operating on 24 x 7 hours including weekends and public holidays.
Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system software and system management tools.
Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Respond to incoming enquiries/incident/service requests (call, e-mail etc.
), resolving and closing them within SLA.
Prepare monthly managed services report.
Provide regular status updates.
Perform monitoring (serving as NOC functions) for health and utilization status of systems and compute resources, network and security devices, and system availability.
Perform 2nd level troubleshooting.
Liaise with vendors, partners and other IT personnel in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks assigned and deliver results in a timely manner in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Proactive and timely problem escalation to management, vendors, partners, and customers.
Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Perform other work as instructed when required.
