Club General Manager

Summary:  The Club General Manager has overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of a particular gym location to include customer satisfaction, effective recruitment and selection, sales and membership solicitation, facility cleanliness while ensuring the club achieving projected sales goals and established goals.
Job Description: Consistently delivers a clean, crisp, friendly member and team member experience.Responsible and accountable for achieving all department monthly targets for the club in charge.Lead team to achieve total fitness experience for all membersManage all facets of the business including sales, personal training, gym operations, and group exercise. Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service through personal actions and development of staff. Facilitate and monitor company-wide initiatives. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field3 or more years of experience in managerial roleExperience in developing business strategySuperior leadership skills with focus on employee coaching and developmentUp to date knowledge of relevant industry trends
