Responsible for the satisfaction of Club Lounge Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by ensuring that enquiries receive responses and advice and information are delivered when requested. Deliver the highest quality and brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed Guest and VIP expectations.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests at the Executive Club floor.
Provide exceptional services at all times.
Address guest's name at every opportunity.
Process check-in and check-out accurately.
Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
Deliver the highest quality and brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed Club Lounge Guest and VIP expectations.
Respond to guests' inquiries regarding hotel and lounge's features and services and address any specific concerns regarding services and premises.
Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
Maintain constant guest relations, handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Establish good public relations with all guests and provide them with the accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
Set up for Breakfast, High-Tea & Happy Hour & ensure timely replenishment of amenities.
Forecast weekly stock intake on food and beverage in the lounge.
QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 1-year experience in Front Office or previous experience in a hotel Club Lounge environment is an added advantage.
Pleasant appearance and well-groomed at all times.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
Calm, efficient and organised.
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service.
Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
