âªï¸ Resident stay at Teluk Intan or nearby is preferred.

âªï¸ Practice good customer service (e.g. GST - greet, smile and say thank you) to internal and external parties.

ððððððð: Clubhouse Supervisorðððð ðððððð: RM2,000 - RM2,400 ðððððððððððð:
âªï¸ Female candidates are preferred.
âªï¸ Can work under pressure.
âªï¸ With supervising management experiences is an advantage.
âªï¸ Candidate with Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business or Sales Management or any equivalent will be an added advantage.
âªï¸ Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
âªï¸ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese.
ððð ðððððððððððð & ððððððððððððððð:
âªï¸ Report to Managing Director/Management.
âªï¸ Managing daily operation of the assigned clubhouse.
âªï¸ Work closely with team members to ensure excellent service is provided to customers.
âªï¸ Training, scheduling and managing the staff.
âªï¸ Carry out day-to-day clubhouse operations and supervise all residence houses.
âªï¸ Assist in events and marketing campaign for the clubhouse.
âªï¸ Assist in monitoring staff performance, gave constructive feedback and develop areas that need improvement.
âªï¸ Organize, coordinate and supervise clubhouse works, ensuring timely completion and quality of works.
âªï¸ Liaise and dealing with customers and residence of the clubhouse.
âªï¸ Tasks and work progress reporting, coordination of work meeting and resolving work issues.
âªï¸ Complete tasks in timely manner and can work under pressure.
âªï¸ To monitor staff on work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to specification and procedure.
