Cmm Operator / Technician

Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to measure and inspect manufactured partsAnalyse measurement data and generate detailed reports to identify and resolve quality issuesPerform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure optimal performanceProvide technical support and guidance to production teams on the effective use of CMM technologyCollaborate with engineering and quality assurance staff to continually improve manufacturing processesTo perform daily ( Night Shift) CMM measurementTo operate either ZEISS / Hexagon CMM machineTo document CMM data into report To escalate daily quality issue to Engineer and others Ad-hoc job Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations within the production facilityWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 year of experience as a CMM Operator or Technician in a manufacturing environment (Either ZEISS / Hexagon CMM machine)Proficient in using CMM software and interpreting measurement dataAble to read the Drawingswilling to do Night Shift Additional experience in QC equipment example Profile Projector, VMS (Vision Inspection), Caliber, Height Gauge, Micrometer are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issuesExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of qualityAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide training to othersGood communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
