REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O"Level,Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field Candidate able to read and understand the mechanical drawing Understanding of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good and positive work attitude and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environment Able to work flexible hours with overtime Other tools for measurement such as, but not limited to, surface testers, calipers, height gauges, plug gauges, wall stock calipers Physically capable of disassembly/assembly of product, , axle assemblies Willing to work on rotating shifts and OT RESPONSIBILITIES To write programs based on the available software for the CMM To run existing programs as necessary To store programs according to applicable work instructions To schedule maintenance for CMMs as required To ensure measuring equipment are functioning properly and maintain the tidiness after used. To use Data Page as a tool for gathering information To write CMM programs to support all inspection activities To develop improvements regarding quality processes and reducing inspection cycle time To operate and troubleshoot all QC inspection equipment to produce high quality inspection reports using blueprints, CAD models, verbal instructions, and/or sketches Design and fabricate basic fixtures and tools necessary for the parts being measured To ensure there is quality testing all the time; carry out inspections so as to meet the standard set by the organization. Main Responsibilities: 1st piece, in-process and final inspection utilizing various types of inspection gages, plate layout, and CMM. To work with the Quality Control Supervisor regarding specific information relating to customer product information and production. To work with the management and production to ensure that only quality products are produced. Train and develop less experienced staff with the necessary programming and measurement skills to promote department growth And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time
