Cmm Technician

To conduct Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for incoming raw material.To conduct In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) dimension inspection and generate data to improve productivity and quality control.To conduct Outgoing Quality Control on finished goods.To coordinate lab activity and assembly testing activity and grant permission for mass production.Programming the Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) to suit inspection requirements.To monitor inspection equipment calibrated in time and coordinate the calibration activities.To handle & maintain all quality documentations related to ISO 9001.To handle material handling, loading and arranging injected parts into racking system and matching approved combination injected parts into the Assembly line.Job Requirements:Possess minimum a Vocational Certificate or a Vocational Diploma.Possess at least 3 years of working experience in CMM set-up in the manufacturing industry.Able to perform shift work and 6-days working environment.We are an established public-listed manufacturing and engineering services company with a strong track record of having successfully completed some of the most well-known water-related infrastructure and specialist M&E projects in Malaysia.
