Job ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for the machine part programs, fixture, tooling, cycle time, efficiency, quality, and productivity for the CNC/Deburring Area machines.
In charge of process, fixture, tooling improvement activities to make production more efficient and reduce cycle time.
Responsible for the introduction and SOP of new products from process, fixture, tooling, and cycle time perspectives.
Manage, prepare, and pre-set the tooling for the CNC/Deburring Area machines (or support the CNC/Deburring Area technician to do so).
Organize and maintain the tooling storage.
Responsible for tooling consumption and its verification to meet and increase tooling wear life.
Liaise with HQ (CNC/Related Departments) regarding CNC programming and new Tool codification.
Install and set up programming in the CNC Machine.
Verify tooling minimum quantity level and reorder materials accordingly.
Meet and liaise with suppliers for any tooling issues.
Perform training for CNC/Deburring Area Technicians on all CNC/Deburring Area machining aspects (tooling pre-setting, tooling wear evaluation, best practices, etc.).
Review and update control plans/working instructions in cooperation with PMP QC.
Prepare and verify the preventive maintenance schedule of CNC and ROBOT Deburring machines.
Fulfill the production schedule given by the planning department.
Manage personnel in the CNC/Deburring area and create shift schedules according to production requirements.
Supervise the use of control plans/control grids and any other in-process inspection tools to guarantee the quality of components.
Comply with ISO 9001 requirements and standards in Production management.
Any other tasks assigned by superior.
