Cnc Machinist (Milling / Turning)

Job Description: Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.Able to operate Lathe/Turning/Milling machines.Review drawings and specifications of a particular product and plan the production process.Problem-solving and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and efficiency of setups.Work as a team with Engineering, QC, Assembly and other departments for smooth operation flow.Responsible and prepare daily production output as per production schedule.Ability to troubleshoot set-ups, fixturing, appropriate tooling.Responsible for implementing processes to improve capacity, quality, efficiency, and overall output.Requires a solid understanding of machining processes including; milling, lathe, grinding.Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction, and compliance with safety requirements. Requirements:
At least 2 years CNC Milling/Turning experiences.Special Knowledge: Auto parts
