Responsibilities:Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final products.
Studying all GD&T drawing specs and converting the drawings to CNC code to verify the machining process.
Completing other work assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Requirements:Certified in CNC machine laser and CNC milling machining processes.
Previous work experience as a CNC programmer.
Ability to read and interpret design blueprints.
Software knowledge of Trumpf software, AutoCAD, and Mastercam-related software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Background in the Metal Fabrication industry is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
