Collection Assistant

Call customers based on the list provided by superior, then advise them on their payment options and suggest methods of payments.
Responsible for identifying new information about customers and concluding the situation of customers in securing the payment.
Advise customers about account status and ensure payments are made on time without fail.
Negotiate suitable payment plans and respond to customer queries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SPM / Diploma / Bachelor in the field of Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any equivalent.
Preferably with working experience in debt collection / credit companies.
Communicate effectively with various types of customers in a professional way without personal feelings influencing the process.
Possess good interpersonal skills and be able to actively interact with all levels of customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
