Collection Executive (Based In Kuching)

Responsibilities:To follow up closely with customers regarding their payment from time to time as required.
Work closely with other team members and staff.
Educate customers to make payment promptly.
Inform customers about new payment channels and products.
Review individual daily performance (total collection).
Deliver good customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiations with customers.
Working location based in Kuching.
Job Requirements:Degree holders with 1 year of collection experience.
Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
6 vacant positions, contract for 6 months.
