Collection Officer (Hk Market/Clients) | Cantonese Speaker

Collection Officer (Cantonese Speaker)Responsibilities:
Call and pursue collections and negotiate with customers on their payment schedules.
Escalate customer disputes or enquiries to relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up.
Daily update of the ageing report.
Issuance of monthly letters of payment reminders and Statements of Account.
Process relevant debt recovery actions for further actions.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields.
Able to communicate in Cantonese fluently.
5+ years' experience in a collections role or related function.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including solid experience with advanced formulas.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
Strong problem-solving attitude and adaptability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
