Collector Analyst

Job Responsibilities:Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plansReview and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit lossesPartner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection's activities across the bankAchieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPITake on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting managerOur Ideal Candidate:Have at least 2 years of collections experienceWell versed in the bank products and processesGood understanding of technology in the digital banking space, Google SuiteJob Type:ContractContract length:12 monthsPay:RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to Friday#J-18808-Ljbffr
