Job ResponsibilitiesOrganize and execute business projects based on client requirements
Deliver exceptional client service, improving business operations
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth execution of customer needs
Engage with clients to identify, escalate, and resolve business opportunities on ongoing engagements
Generate sales through upselling, cross-selling, and tracking client account metrics
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
Analyze data to identify weaknesses, troubleshoot issues, and assist clients with implementing solutions
Address technology or service challenges during the sales process by coordinating with internal teams
Propose and customize security solutions to meet client needs within internal resource capabilities
Ensure timely delivery of requested products and services by coordinating internal teams
Process sales orders accurately according to company procedures
Attend networking events to build industry connections and promote business growth
Comply with the organization's Information Security Policy
The Successful ApplicantDiploma in information technology, computer science, business management, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills suited for a corporate audience
Client-focused with a proactive approach
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
Must have own transportation
