Commercial & Corporate Lawyer

About the roleBecome a vital part of the legal team at MANJIT SINGH SACHDEV MOHAMMAD RADZI & PARTNERS. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will provide strategic, high-quality legal services to our clients, playing a key role in the firm's growth and success. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior partners and contribute to the firm's ongoing business objectives.
What you'll be doing
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts and legal documents;
Advising clients on corporate and commercial law matters;
Coordinating and collaborating with clients, developers, financial institutions, and agents;
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies;
Assisting on any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law;
Possesses a Bachelor of Law Degree & has a valid Practicing Certificate;
Extensive knowledge of Malaysian corporate and commercial legislation and regulations;
Proven track record of providing pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to clients;
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills;
Strong problem-solving, analytical and research abilities;
Collaborative and ability to work effectively in a team;
Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (good spoken and written in Mandarin will be an advantage).
