Provide leadership, inspiration, coaching, and development to teams to achieve the country or region's commercial KPIs.
Conduct a thorough analysis of the country/region's market, develop strategic plans, and ensure priorities are aligned with the management team.
Evaluate and provide feedback on the availability and quality of data, leading to recommendations for commercial enhancements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, technology partners, and other local or regional partners.
Participate in and attend relevant industry or company events.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Management, Tourism or any related field.
Over 5 years of team management experience with an international perspective.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to learn.

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
