Job Description:Responsible for the success of Shopee's key commercial programsLead key programs and projects with strategic thinking, detailed planning and execution Develop and maintain program reports to track initiative performance and drive business outcomesConduct analysis to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvementSupport cross-functional operations and optimise the processesRequirements:0-5 years of experience in a commercial planning role preferredA Bachelor's degree in any field experience in e-Commerce or consulting industry will be an added advantageHighly organised and able to carry out tasks independentlyProven track record of excellent programme management and cross-functional collaboration skillsInnovative problem-solving skills with ability to analyse problems and implement concrete solutionsStrong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) is required
