Deliver market-leading innovative technology
Service customer's order as primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts.
Execute Demand Planning processes, ensure customer forecasts are received regularly within agreed periods per contracts, analyzed, entered into CRM, ERP system, and communicated to site team.
Create and manage sales orders in the ERP, CRM system.
Coordinate with internal team to ensure On-Time Delivery of orders - interaction includes but not limited to Master Scheduling, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
Understand Supply Agreement terms, ensure the customer is billed appropriately for all products and services provided.
Lead the construction, documentation, maintenance of commercial models in SFDC, Excel, and similar data tools.
Support Marketing and Operations areas, providing high-quality analysis and recommendations through FCA&DAP process.
Responsible for driving the overall execution of customer service contract and warranty loading into all applicable processes including pull-in, push out, and cancellation to existing contracts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
