Management Report Preparation
Support the transformation of data analysis into presentation materials, such as slides, findings, and recommendations for management meeting reports, using reporting and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
Market Research and Analysis
Gather data from research firms and current marketing sources, and conduct competitive analysis to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes while identifying potential markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Marketing Management
Collaborate with group marketing and brand leads to compile information for all brands, including updated brand guides, assets, product updates, new product development (NPD) details, and marketing collateral for the commercial export market.
Oversee brand marketing management, campaign coordination, and social media guideline enforcement.
Financial Analysis
Evaluate financial data and performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
Business Development
Assist the division in identifying and assessing potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions, as well as handling operational tasks related to new customer documentation, account opening, and ad-hoc order processing with payment settlement.
Project Management
Participate in cross-functional teams to execute and implement strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.
The Successful ApplicantHolds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Possesses excellent communication skills for effective engagement with internal and external customers and business partners
Brings at least 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, and marketing, ideally within the FMCG industry
Demonstrates proficiency in budgeting and forecasting
Has a solid background in commercial planning and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Exhibits strong project management skills
