Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations and activities- Work according to the Chef de Partie's menu specifications- Keep the work area in hygienic conditions at all times according to the SOP- Control the food supply and food costs in your department- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the outlet- Prepare for staff meal (one a day)- Follow the instructions and recommendations of the immediate superiors to carry out the daily tasks- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation and stay informed about new products, recipes and cooking techniques- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, waste and cost control- **Immediate starters an added advantage****Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs
