Commis Chef, Demi Chef

Assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards.
Prepping ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring, to support the efficient flow of the kitchen.
Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborating with the team to execute menu items and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Continuously learning and developing your culinary skills to enhance your contribution to the team.
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each dish meets the expectations of our guests.
Requirements
Has at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Passion for food and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality dish presentation.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade.
A willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
