Commis Chef

Job ResponsibilityPlan, direct, and evaluate the F&B products and services, daily operations, and workflow in the kitchen.
Assist in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Plan and supervise kitchen operations in order to achieve business targets.
Maintain food quality and improve processes of existing services.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and multitask.
Job RequirementsRelevant prior work history and experience in the kitchen.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.
Have own transport.
