SPINK VIEW SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our vibrant team in Ayer Itam Penang. As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in executing the culinary vision of our establishment, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a full-time position based in our restaurant.
What you'll be doing Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes from our diverse menuAdhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the highest quality of our productsCollaborating with the culinary team to refine and develop new menu itemsMaintaining a clean and organised work station throughout each shiftParticipating in inventory management and ordering of ingredients as neededContinuously learning and developing your culinary skills to contribute to the growth of the teamWhat we're looking for Minimum 1 years of experience in kitchen workStrong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulationsExcellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPassion for creating high-quality dishes and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from senior chefsWhat we offer
