Commis cook & Kitchenhand required for a NON-HALAL western cuisine
Overview of Responsibilities Food preparation : Collaborate with chef and other kitchen staff in meeting food preparation needs such as assist to cook/ grill food items to order, chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients, marinating meat, assist in garnishing and plating dishes as required.Kitchen Organization : Maintain a clean & organized kitchen workspace in adhering to food safety and quality standard, report any kitchen equipment maintenance or repair needs.General Requirements: No specific education or degree required, although culinary training or relevant experience is a plus.At least 1year relevant experience working in a kitchen serving western cuisine. Fair knowledge in food ingredients and kitchen equipment. Kitchenhand possess basic cooking skills is advantageousAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.**Part time or Internship welcome. Location: Gunung Rapat, Ipoh Perak
Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm/ 1:30pm-10pm
