To ensure that the Kitchen is managed efficiently.
To assist the Chef on duty with food pick-up, delivery and storage.
Performs basic food preparation and cooking responsibilities as directed by the Chef according to the outlet's food preparation standards and procedures.
Always learn and strive to improve on the menu knowledge, food preparation, cooking methods, presentations and maintain consistency at work.
To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement. To ensure stock is controlled, dated and rotated to minimize kitchen wastage/spoilage.
