Commis II (Alice Smith International School, Equine Park)Our company is looking for a Commis II to join our Petite Café team.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.
Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Petite Café.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines.
