Commis (Immediate Hiring)

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist Section Head to prepare daily ingredients and food items in the menu specifications.- Possess sound knowledge and skills on food preparation for different sections to produce cooked food with consistency and high quality.- Monitor food wastage and spoilage to maintain mínimal food cost and in budget.- Good attention to details and a passion to work with food menus and recipes.- Prepares mise-en-plan for ala carte menu.- Ensure kitchen area cleaned, equipment and utensil in hygienic condition.- Monitor stock inventory for section involved to complete Stock Card before transfer of shift.**QUALITICATION/EXPERIENCE**:- Age: 19+- Min Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality and Catering/Cookery/Culinary Health and Safety/Food Hygiene courses.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
