Accurately measure and prepare ingredients as directed by the Chef de Partie.Wash, peel, and chop fruits and vegetables, and season meats as required for meal preparation.Prepare basic salads, sauces, and other accompaniments for meals.Receive deliveries, verify that ordered items are received in full and are of good quality.Monitor and maintain stock levels, notifying the supervisor when supplies run low.Dispose of expired and spoiled food items from stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.Clean and organize workstations, ensuring all areas are properly sanitized and ready for use.Assist in plating and presenting meals, following the Chef de Partie's instructions to ensure all dishes meet quality standards.
