Commis / Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities:
To assist chef in ensuring that all mise-en-place are prepared accordingly to recipes given and subsequently maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.To assist chef to prepare the food following to the food ordering system.To ensure food presentation is follow SOP and ensure orders are made in order time in.To arrange and keep good inventory of all food items in kitchen.To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.Any other tasks assigned by Head Chef.Requirements: * Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position and operation.
Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.Solid knowledge of basic principles of cookery.
