Oversee commissioning field activities, and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities.
Documentation
Prepare commissioning dossiers and commissioning progress reports.
Coordination
Coordinate with engineering discipline specialists, project team, and Office team.
Handover
Ensure the commissioned systems/plants are handed over to Operations/Maintenance department.
Certification
Review and certify punch lists, system-based walk downs, and close-out report.
Other responsibilities include:
Supporting the onsite project commissioning team.
Assisting with major milestones in commissioning and project startup.
Delivering equipment commissioning checklists, commissioning procedures, electrical testing specifications, start-up philosophies, and presentation material.
Assisting the Project Manager in contacts with Client representatives for the handover of the plant.
