As the Commodity Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commodities trading department.
You will work closely with our trading team, ensuring efficient execution and settlement of trades.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with other departments to optimize trading strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commodity markets and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities Manage the overall strategy for the commodities department.
Develop product strategies and roadmaps in line with market demands and business growth objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, understand customer needs and market trends, and provide guidance for product development and innovation.
Determine product positioning, target markets, and customer segments, and formulate corresponding product marketing strategies.
Manage the product development process, collaborate with internal teams, including research and development, risk management, and marketing, to ensure on-time and compliant product delivery.
Responsible for product pricing and profit management, ensuring pricing strategies align with market demands and competitive environment.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, partners, and regulatory authorities, to establish strong partnerships and meet the needs of all parties.
Monitor product performance and market feedback, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to optimize product performance and market share.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, business management, or related fields.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in exchange-related roles.
Have in-depth knowledge of financial markets and the industry, understanding relevant regulations and risk management principles.
Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions based on market data and feedback.
Project management and execution skills, capable of coordinating and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective bi-lingual and be comfortable in working with and conversing in English and Chinese.
