Communications, Branding, and Marketing ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a proactive and dynamicCommunications, Branding, and Marketing Managerto spearhead Saora Plus's efforts in establishing a strong online presence, managing internal and external communications, and leading branding and marketing initiatives.
This role will require a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and excellent project management skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners to achieve our goals.
As a mission-driven social enterprise, Saora Plus focuses on renewable energy and sustainable development for underserved communities.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about social impact and have experience in building brands, managing campaigns, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Communications
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy to reflect Saora Plus's mission and vision.
Draft press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.
Manage relationships with media, NGOs, government agencies, and other key partners to amplify Saora Plus's message.
Handle crisis communications and ensure messaging aligns with the organization's values.
Branding
Establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity, including logo, tone of voice, and visual guidelines.
Oversee the creation of branded materials (brochures, presentations, reports, etc.).
Ensure consistent application of the brand across all platforms, both internally and externally.
Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of Saora Plus and its projects.
Manage content creation for the website, blogs, social media, and newsletters.
Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
Plan and execute campaigns around key dates (e.g., Earth Day, International Women's Day).
Project Management
Coordinate with external vendors (designers, content creators, PR agencies) to deliver marketing and branding projects on time.
Oversee timelines and budgets for all communications and marketing initiatives.
Ensure the timely delivery of quarterly and annual reports, impact assessments, and campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Create and present performance reports to stakeholders, demonstrating ROI for marketing efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, sponsors, and donors for marketing-related initiatives.
Organize events, webinars, or campaigns to engage the public and partners.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or branding, preferably in a mission-driven organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO tools).
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Passion for sustainability and social impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with NGOs or social enterprises.
Knowledge of renewable energy or sustainability sectors.
Proficiency in video production or editing tools is a plus.
