Job Summary
In this role, you will focus on creating engaging content, managing social media, and coordinating events across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including press releases, newsletters, website copy, social media posts, and internal communications. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.
Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate with subject matter experts and external/internal stakeholders to gather insights, knowledge, and data to ensure a consistent message across all platforms.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media calendar and content to engage audiences and enhance the company's online presence.
Event Management: Assist in planning, organizing, and managing company events such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional events in collaboration with partners.
Administrative Support: Support senior team members with content creation, media monitoring, and administrative tasks.
Fintech Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms; make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategies related to them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Coordination and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have:
1-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, event management, or working in the fintech or technology sector.
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
