Communications Specialist

Job Description:

As a Communications Specialist at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's products, services, and initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to craft engaging and effective messaging for various channels, including social media, press releases, internal communications, and more.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute communication plans to support company objectives- Create content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates- Monitor and analyze the success of communication efforts and make adjustments as needed- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company spokespersons- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications- Assist with crisis communication efforts as needed- Assist in organizing and executing company events and promotional campaigns

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field- 1 year of experience in a communications role- Strong writing and editing skills- Excellent verbal communication skills- Proficiency with social media platforms and communication tools- Adaptable and able to work independently- Emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
