**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Content Creation:**
- Develop, write, and edit compelling content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, articles, website content, and social media posts.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of messages across all communication channels, reflecting the company's branding and core values.
2. **Public Relations:**
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies aimed at enhancing the company's public image and visibility.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and industry influencers to promote positive coverage of the company.
3. **Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and media landscape to inform communication strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze communication metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of communications and recommend improvements.
4. **Event Management:**
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for various events, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with strategic objectives.
5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication of key messages throughout the organization and to external audiences.
- Participate in regular meetings with global colleagues to share insights, updates, and strategies for improving communication efforts.
6. **Crisis Communication:**
- Support the development and implementation of crisis communication plans to address unforeseen challenges that may impact the company's reputation.

7. **Brand Management:**
- Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all communications uphold the integrity of the KLK brand.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of effectively creating and managing content across multiple platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Energetic, passionate, and dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Familiarity and experience with current digital communication tools and social media platforms are highly desirable.
