We are currently seeking **Communication Specialist **to join our team based in **Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia **.**About The Job**Develop and implement coordinated communications and tradeshow plans and materials to effectively deliver information and corporate communications at the Local & Regional level.**Main Accountabilities**- Coordinate marketing and communications activities at local & regional level.- Organize internal events at the local & regional level, for virtual, physical, or both.- Coordinate external events at local/regional level, for virtual, physical, or both.- Roll out global related programs across entities/region and communicate specific requirements customizing them, as necessary.- Contribute to coordination of entities and business units within the Region/entity, organizing briefings and meetings, as necessary.- Create and maintain regional communications media in line with corporate guidelines.- Develop contents and, maintain internal communication platforms (Yammer, intranet, digital display, etc.).- Promote communication guidelines for all employees to use.- Review and edit all communications written by company executives.- Create marketing and communications content and executes programs in line with corporate guidelines.- Support management by providing advice on internal and external communication issues.- Liaise and answer inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations.- Benchmark and analyze media coverage, monitor company online communities and presence.- Measure and present results of communications efforts.**About You**- Diploma, Professional Degree in marketing, communication or equivalent.- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in the related field.- Excellent written and oral communications skills.- Good practice of English.- Good eye for design.- To have the ability to familiarize & adapt with all comms owned hardwares and softwares, to strategize and implement when a comms activity is being executed.**What's next?**Starting Date: Immediate
