Responsible for maintaining and ensuring excellent operations, performance, and customer renewal rate of the branch.This role is going to work directly with the Operation Manager.Job HighlightResponsible for and able to learn the operations and paperwork related to the branch.Able to understand and accumulate some knowledge about marketing and event planning.Interact with companies from different backgrounds to expand knowledge of various work industries.Job Responsibilities:Assist in handling the operations of this co-working space.Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the branch runs smoothly and provide support to coworkers.Assist with administrative aspects, including preparing invoices, drafting contracts, and issuing documents.Handle operational maintenance to ensure that hardware and software are functioning effectively.Promote branch features and complete sales assignments given by the sales department.Assist the event department in organizing community events and managing details to promote invitations to coworkers.Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills to support coworkers.Complete related work or other ad hoc duties as assigned by the operation manager.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource/Public Relations/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.Required skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.A collaborative team player who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.#J-18808-Ljbffr
