Community Associate

As a Community Associate, you will directly co-manage our Workforce of Data Annotators, the lifeblood of SUPA's projects. Your mission is to cultivate a high-performing community with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality training data for our client's projects.
Teaming up alongside our Community Manager, you will be the brains behind planning and executing strategies in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and overall growth of our vibrant community. The key to your success lies in building rapport with and grasping the motivations of our Annotators to drive forward initiatives that unite, engage, and upskill our community.
This contract position requires a commitment of at least 3 months, with flexible, full-time hours. It is entirely remote.
ResponsibilitiesCraft communications for Townhalls, training programmes, monthly newsletters, and all the other exciting community initiatives in between.
Generate ideas to recruit Data Annotators and create engagement on social media.
Identify and carry out activities to improve the quality and engagement of data annotators.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are running smoothly and address concerns regarding the performance of Annotators.
Attend to enquiries and support issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain the Annotator Database with up-to-date and accurate information.
Generate ideas to revamp and iterate operational processes and execute them to increase efficiency, without compromising on the 'human' element.
Visualize ways to celebrate Annotators through appreciation and recognition.
Actively seek opportunities to upskill yourself within the Community Management function.
QualificationsAn excellent command of English - both written and verbal.
Preferably a relevant background in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Human Resources or Business.
A heart for People. A people person who is empathetic and an attentive listener.
Builds rapport effortlessly to grasp the needs and concerns of the community.
Hands-on experience in crafting communication pieces is preferred but not required.
Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Any working experience in a field that requires people, community, or client engagement is a bonus.
