Community Executive (Based In Singapore)

Company Background: We are representing a well-known co working space company in Singapore .
Currently they have more than 10 offices in SG and presence in multiple countries.
As they are expanding, they are looking for Community Executive to join the team.
Job Responsibilities: Greet and provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, guests Respond customer service-related queries/requests from clients/ visitors/ guests over various channels (e.g.
at the centre front desk, via emails or calls) Assist with members move in, move out experiences (e.g., setting up a studio, handling necessary studio reinstatement works) Assist with day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure a satisfied staying / working experience at Co-working spaces Follow internal SOP to complete some related administrative work Assist with members events/ company initiatives in our centre Job Requirements: Candidate must posses at least a Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in any field.
Candidate with part time experience would be added advantage.
Good command in English and Mandarin Due to business nature.
Good writing skill in English.
Pro Active and outspoken personality.
Candidate who prefers customer facing job.
Work Permit/ Employment Pass will be provided.
