**Position Overview**:As a Community Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with our online community, enhancing brand image, promoting user engagement, and increasing user loyalty. You will manage and monitor social media platforms, actively engage with fans, users, and potential customers, maintain a positive community atmosphere, and relay user feedback to relevant teams.**Responsibilities and Tasks**:- Maintain daily interactions on various social media platforms, including but not limited to responding to comments, messages, and direct messages.- Develop and execute community operations strategies to increase user participation and interaction frequency.- Analyze user behavior and trends to formulate corresponding community management strategies.- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with brand promotion.- Design and implement online community activities, including Q&A sessions, giveaways, and topic discussions, to enhance user participation.- Address user questions, complaints, and feedback, provide satisfactory solutions, and maintain positive user relationships.- Monitor public sentiment and reputation on social media platforms, addressing negative comments and situations promptly.- Generate regular social media reports, analyze interaction data and trends, and provide improvement suggestions.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, media, journalism, public relations, or related fields preferred.- Excellent communication skills with fluent writing and clear verbal expression in Mandarin.- Deep understanding of social media and online communities, with a focus on industry trends and user behavior.- Creative thinking ability to create appealing social media content and activities.- Capability to handle user issues and complaints, with problems-solving skills.- Proficient in operating social media platforms, familiar with social media tools and analytics software.- Strong team collaboration skills, able to coordinate with different departments to achieve common goals.- Sensitivity to numerical data, capable of analyzing and interpreting social media metrics.- Cross-cultural communication skills to effectively engage with users from diverse backgrounds.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- ??
