Company Assistant Secretary

-To assist in all aspects of corporate secretarial duties-To ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory returns and compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act 2016-To organise and coordinate the Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors' Meetings and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings and prepare minutes of meetings-Preparing Directors' and Members' resolution, minutes and statutory forms for filling to SSM.-Formation and takeover of private limited companies, and ensure all the returns and documents lodged with SSM according to the deadline provided in the Companies Act 2016-Liaise with clients, auditors and other relevant authorities in connection with corporate secretarial matters.-Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time in connection with corporate secretarial duties [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-mte-management-consultant-services-job-company-assistant-secretary]
-SPM / STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field or equivalent professional qualifications-At least 4 to 5 years of working experinece in the corporate secretarial field.-Familiar with MS Office, Excel< MBRS, MyCoID, E-Bos and Secretarial Software.-Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia-Good communication and interpersonal skills-Good anlytical and time management sklills
