CMS SECRETARIAL & TAX SDN BHD– Ipoh, Perak
Requirements:
Good command of written and spoken English (Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage)
Computer Literate, preferably familiar with the Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) and e-BOS Systems from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Named Company Secretary on all company secretarial works/matters including drafting of written resolutions of Board and Members.
Assist the Named Company Secretary on all filings, submission of forms, Annual Returns, documents, etc. to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM)
Liaising with Clients on secretarial queries and payment of outstanding secretarial invoices#J-18808-Ljbffr
