Company Secretarial Assistant

Assisting the Company Secretary on all secretarial assignments- Preparing annual return and online submission for any statutory forms in accordance with the requirements of Company Act 2016, SSM or other Corporate Governance- Update and maintaining proper records- Able to handle basic secretarial duties with minimum supervision- To liaise with external parties such as auditors, local authorities and etc- To perform any other duties as may be directed by the Director from time to time**Requirements**:- Good knowledge of Company Act 2016, SSM requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and other relevant Securities Commission guidelines- Able work under minimum supervision- Good interpersonal skills**Job Type**: PermanentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
