Job Descriptions: Ensure excellent client service by providing prompt responses to requests and queries within the specified timeline.Manage the lodgments of statutory forms in order to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Follow up with clients on the return of documents and forms and ensure the submission of statutory forms and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the specified deadline.Remind clients of the deadline for holding their Annual General Meeting for their respective portfolios.Coordinate with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits, addressing their queries on behalf of clients.Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings of the Board, Board Committees and shareholders.Other ad hoc job to be assigned by the superior from time to time; Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/ Business/ Law.At least 3 years of working experiences in company secretarial field. Familiar with the Companies Act, and other relevant laws and regulations. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office. Able to maintain strict confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Able to work under minimal supervision. Good interpersonal, coordination and follow-up skills. Experience in company secretarial field with exposure to public listed companies will have an added advantage. Working days: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. 
Probation period: 3 months 
Working Arrangement now: Hybrid work, at least 3 days per week of attendance at office (eligible after probation)
