Responsibilities & Duties
Prepare Directors' and Members' resolutions, notices, letters, meeting minutes, and statutory documents.
Maintain statutory records, the minutes book, and the common seal.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines, including timely lodgment and submission of documents to authorities.
Collaborate with CCM, lawyers, auditors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Respond to client inquiries on matters related to the Companies Act 2016 and corporate governance requirements.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Company Secretarial industry.
Qualifications:
Diploma, Degree, or currently pursuing MAICSA or equivalent professional qualifications.
Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 and regulatory compliance requirements.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Integrity, maturity, and a pleasant personality.
Self-motivated, fast learner, and team player.
