Company Secretary Assistant

-Support corporate secretarial work-Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory returns for filings to SSM and compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act 2016-Organize and manage the annual general meetings, board meetings and any other special or extraordinary general meetings and prepare minutes of meetings-Prepare and file statutory forms, and board and members' resolutions-Manage formation and transfer of private limited companies-ensure all the returns and documents lodged with SSM according to the deadline provided in the Companies Act 2016-Collaborate with clients, accountants, auditors, and authorities-Perform other duties related to corporate secretarial work [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-joc-job-company-secretary-assistant]
- Required qualifications: SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field or equivalent professional certifications.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, MBRS, MyCoID, E-BOS, and similar software.- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, additional language skills are advantageous.- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions.- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.- Knowledgeable in Companies Act 2016 and corporate secretarial procedures.
