Company Secretary Assistant

We would like to extend these opportunities for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our corporate secretarial services team (under EZ Co Services) to assist the client on secretarial matters.



-Assisting in corporate secretarial work including routine/standard advisory work.


-Assist in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings


-Assist in providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.


-Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities.


-Regularly review/update and maintaining proper records of clients' KYC compliance


-Maintaining proper updates of companies' registers and statutory records


-Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients work and maintaining high level clients' services

; Requirements:-


-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration/Management, Certificate in Company Law and Secretarial Practice.


-Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis


-At least 1 year experience in Corporate Secretarial work


-Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements


-Acceptable command of English language


-Meticulous, diligent and organized individual
