Company Secretary Assistant

We are a leading company secretary firm established since 2003 in Malaysia, with 21 years of experience and a proven track record.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPrepare board and members' resolutions, and other statutory documents.
Prepare and arrange to file all statutory documents to the Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM) and other regulatory authorities.
File and maintain all statutory books and secretarial documents.
Assist with any other secretarial matters and assignments as delegated by your superiors from time to time.
Experienced assistants are expected to liaise and respond to clients' requests regarding company secretarial matters and seek Manager's clearance for technical advisory.
Qualifications & ExperienceICSA or those pursuing ICSA, or a Degree or Diploma in Corporate Secretarial, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates with or without relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
Those without qualified qualifications but with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferably with good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016.
Preferably well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferably familiar with MYCOID and MBRS systems.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
